Hi, I'm Christie! I'm here to help guide you when you're trying to make sense of life. It's difficult to figure out what to do when the bottom drops from under you or when you experience unexpected challenges. Life and relationships can be hard! It's valid to have questions when your heart is breaking or life isn't going as you had thought or planned! I desire to help you make sense of your life. Your story matters!

Being married for 30 years with two adult daughters, I understand the joys and challenges of marriage and family life. My experience in working with women for the past 27 years has given me insight and understanding into the unique challenges women face. 
 
I have known the sorrow of disappointment and trauma. Through the skillful guidance of compassionate therapists, I found hope and healing. I want to walk with you and help you find your way. If you feel stuck, I am here to help. In receiving additional training that explores mind and body connections, I use experiential modalities to help individuals gain freedom and healing. I specialize in working with women experiencing the pain of infidelity and betrayal trauma, individually and in group therapy. I also enjoy helping engaged and married couples to experience a more satisfying relationship.

I provide individual and couples counseling with the intent of creating a safe atmosphere where you can grow in self-awareness and develop a healthy relationship with yourself and others. I aim to extend kindness and compassion to each person who entrusts me to come alongside them on their healing journey.
